To correctly generate a cut it must have a minimum duration of 0.1 seconds and a maximum duration of 7,140 seconds (1 h 59 min).
However, beyond Watchity, if you want to share the clips on social networks, you may not be able to share long duration fragments. Keep in mind the limitations of each social network.
